OBSD 2023 Wastewater Facility Plan Approved!

In mid-December, the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) formally approved the OBSD 2023 Wastewater Facility Plan. This has been a lengthy process which was originally submitted to the DEQ in March of 2023. Several comments were received and addressed after a 90-day review period by the DEQ. The plan was re-submitted in August and again there were comments that were subsequently addressed. The plan was then formally approved by the Board of Directors of OBSD at our December 21, 2023 meeting.
